Due to the new, viral situation in the FRANCISCAN HOUSE of SAN ANTONIO, new rules will apply:

• Guest rooms and other rooms will be ozonated or steam cleaned.
• Hand sanitizers will be available.
• In the building on staircases and other common areas, please wear masks.
• We do not provide masks and gloves. Please obtain such security yourself.
• Towels and hairdryers will be available.
• If possible, please bring a guide and maps.
• For sanitary reasons, it is not possible to wash clothes.
• The chapel will not be available to individuals.
• When checking in, please complete the form: Statement related to the current COVID-19 epidemic

ATTENTION! Due to the disinfection of the rooms, we invite you from 15:00. Please leave the rooms by 12:00. We need this time to prepare sterile rooms for you.

Due to the epidemiological situation related to COVID-19, we ask our guests that if the booking is canceled for reasons beyond their control and our control, the advance payment may be transferred to another convenient date.

In other cases, the advance payment is non-returnable.
